		<description>@Mike - The Start Menu does not allow you to run the same commands as the run dialog.  Rather it searches an index of what&#039;s on your hard drive and offers you results based on that.  So if you want to run a command such as &quot;control userpasswords2&quot; you will need the old fashioned run dialog.  On top of that, many like myself are used to using the run dialog and prefer not to have to reach for the mouse to launch an application -- using the Start Menu search slows us down.</description>
