Actually, now you can access the US Netflix with a Canadian Netflix account so long as you’ve got the IP blocker (usvideo.ca) configured follow all the recommeded steps. So no need to use a US credit Card. This is a change that they recently made. Keep your Canadian Acct and purchase your usvideo.ca ip blocker. That’s all you need!

Am I correct in assuming that since these settings point my modem through an external VPN, then any internet enabled machine connected to my modem should also be able to access the US Netflix? Namely my iPhone via Wifi, and my Playstation 3?

Awesome post. I currently use http://www.unotelly.com which is basically the same as your mentioned software but with the options for a free membership for some channels such as CBS and spotify ! I will be glad if you can find out the time to try it once and reply me. As of me, I use it everyday and am loving it !

@data – I stated in the article that Entropay was recommended as Netflix may very well start blocking Canadian credit cards in the near future (as they’ve done with Canadian PayPal account recently). As for the $20 minimum I’ve updated the post accordingly.
